​ARE ORDERS SHIPPED DISCREETLY?
Yes! All orders are shipped in plain brown boxes or white envelopes with a return address of "Shipping Department".

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER OR ADD ON ITEMS AFTER IT IS PLACED?
Sorry, but we are unable to cancel or edit orders once they are placed.

WHAT IF I SOMETHING I'VE PURCHASED ARRIVED BROKEN?​
If your package arrives with a broken piece, please email info@highprovision.com with the following and we will process a replacement order:
1. A photo of the broken product
2. The box your order arrived in
3. Your order #

MY ORDER SAYS IT IS DELIVERED, BUT IT IS NOT HERE, WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT?​
It's common for USPS to show a delivered stamp a few days prior to the actual delivery, we suggest to wait an additional 3 business days for your order to arrive.
If 3 business days have passed since you order has a delivered stamp, file a missing mail request with USPS at the below link.
